Disney Pixar's Brave

Dear Essie, Today I went to see Disney Pixar's new film Brave. It follows the story of young, rebellious princess, Merida (Kelly Macdonald). This fiery Scot's red-hot personality is nearly as red-hot as her flaming ginger hair. Merida is very against her mothers (Emma Thompson) dream and wish of her getting married to one of the kingdom's allie's sons. Merida is free spirit and wishes to remain a free spirit!! Earlier in the film you wi tness a younger Merida's birthday, where her father (Billy Connoly) presents her with her first bow and arrow which kick starts her love of archery. A 'wee' few moments later something happens which has a.big impact on the story!! Going to have to stop myself there as I don't to spoil the story. Brave was a great family film. I went to watch with my two younger sisters and my grandma and we all thoughrally enjoyed it which proves its action-packed film fun for every generation!! Toodlepips Grace xox
